Most of you know well enough that we are enhancing our product twice a month, but sometimes you may have missed the monthly blog post where I update you all on all of our new and exciting features, so periodically, I’ll remind you of some older features that we think are underutilized and can be beneficial to your
By clicking on your user bubble you will be able to access the Help Center and our repository of all sorts of training material for both users and clients.
From here you can navigate through videos tailored to firm users and clients.
In the Help Center you will be able to access direct links to training videos on all sorts of functionality like “how to add users to a case in bulk” or “how to edit client information”.
If clients need a quick tutorial on how to send documents/photos or how to use the treatment log, you will be able to send them direct links for short but informative training videos to help with these functions with just a quick copy and paste.
So click in the Help Center as we are constantly adding and updating videos for quick reminders or answers to your questions!
