November 2020: Did you know?

Hey Case Status users!   

Most of you know well enough that we are enhancing our product twice a month, but sometimes you may have missed the monthly blog post where I update you all on all of our new and exciting features, so periodically, I’ll remind you of some older features that we think are underutilized and can be beneficial to your firm.

For example, did you know that columns on your main case screen are editable to make using Case Status and seeing case information easier for your firm users?

By clicking the gear icon on the top right corner of your case grid, you are able to add and remove columns so only the information important to your firm is visible.

Did you also know that the Collaboration tab is one of the most effective ways to keep your firm users up to date with any case information and action items by using the internal chat and checklist functions?    

You are also able to share information with outside counsel and organizations (such as medical record retrieval companies) who need to be able to keep up with the status of the case.
