Product Updates and Sneak Peek 👀 | July 2020

Welcome back!

If you’re new to Case Status be sure to check out our May and June updates to be in the know on our recent enhancements.

Alright, now on to the sneak peek.

July’s Sneak Peek 👀

Appointment Scheduling

Soon we’ll release Appointment Scheduling and we could not be more excited to share this feature with all of you. Appointment Scheduling will enable you to track appointments and schedule reminders for clients through Case Status. When released, your firm will be able to add all date expectations for your clients to a running list to keep track of what they are expected to attend and to ensure that they are reminded.

What did the Case Status team work on in June?

New Product Offering: Smart Message Templates

Smart Message Templates are here and ready to save you time. This feature is perfect for those identical messages you send to every client or every case. This feature is another that stemmed from our team constantly considering how to save you and your firm more time. Add messages you send frequently on multiple cases such as intake, messages sent when gathering information, etc. Smart Message Templates can be found in the messages box on every case. To access Smart Message Templates you’ll simply click the pages icon next to the hyperlink button when typing a message on a case.

To manage your firm’s Smart Message Templates you’ll navigate to the Settings page and click the Message Templates heading.

The opportunities are endless and we’re excited to hear from you to see how your firm is using this feature. If you want to talk through implementing this new feature for your firm schedule a time with your Account Manager

E-Sign

This was June’s sneak peek! E-Sign makes it easy for your firm to collect signatures from clients you’re communicating with via Case Status. The unique aspect of E-Sign in Case Status is that you will never have to send a separate email with a link for your client to click and sign. Everything stays within Case Status. Your firm would select who needs to sign the document. Each person on the case would then receive a message through Case Status when it is time for them to sign. Once the document is fully executed the document can be found in the messages thread as well as the documents tab on the case.  This allows your firm to speed up the document signing process and ultimately resolve cases faster.

Thank you for reading and be on the look out for Appointment Scheduling later this month!
